AT&T today made Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread available to the Samsung Infuse 4G. The update brings a wide range of new features to the Infuse 4G, including a new touch keyboard, notification shade controls, new widgets and fonts, and improved power management.

A charity that offers shelter and support to single parents in Stoke-on-Trent has been awarded a lottery grant of £304,215. The Gingerbread Centre will use the money to fund two full-time posts for a five-year project to increase single-parents’ self esteem.
